User Profile Account
In order to access and use certain features within the service, you will be required to create a user profile (Account). This user profile will require you provide information. You agree to provide true and accurate information for the initial profile development, to make corrections to the profile to reflect any updates or changes regarding the requested profile information.
Login Through Social Media & Third Party Sites
SilkRoll may offer the opportunity to login to SilkRoll profiles through third-party social media and other websites with unique login credentials. You agree and understand that SilkRoll may gain additional personal information from your third-party website profiles. SilkRoll reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website or Services (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason. You agree that SilkRoll will not be liable to you or to any third party for any suspension or termination of your Account or any refusal of any use of the Website or services (or any portion thereof). Information on your profile will include information and content you provide and/or upload as well as information we collect from your account with social networking sites. SilkRoll reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove Account at any time for any reason. You agree that SilkRoll will not be liable to you or to any third party for such removal.
Because SilkRoll offers generous points for trade-in fashion, encouraging users to receive the full value of their items, SilkRoll offers a monthly membership. When you sign up to become a member of SilkRoll, you will be required to give credit card information. By enrolling in the SilkRoll membership program, you are authorizing SilkRoll to charge your credit card a monthly fee, as (as defined on the website for your specific membership or sometimes defined by any discounts offered to you). This charge will automatically occur every 30 days, from the date of initial membership. SilkRoll reserves the right to change the membership fee and terms at anytime. SilkRoll agrees to notify members as and when it changes. You may cancel your membership at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS prior to the renewal of your membership to SilkRoll to avoid being charged for another month. Canceling account post renewal date or within 72 hours of the renewal will result in your account being charged for an entire month of SilkRoll membership. You understand that by purchasing SilkRoll’s membership based program, you authorize us to continue your membership automatically, charged monthly to the payment method provided until you cancel. SilkRoll offers users a full range of services including but not limited to: product quality assurance, authentication, professional photography, storage, packaging, and accessible customer support. To recoup the cost of these services, SilkRoll charges non-members a service fee at checkout, equivalent to 7% in dollars the number of points redeemed for that purchase. You will be required to give credit card information at checkout. By agreeing to pay the service fee, you are authorizing SilkRoll to charge your credit card. SilkRoll reserves the right to change the service fee at anytime. SilkRoll agrees to notify all users as and when it changes.
SilkRoll encourages you to send in new or lightly worn garments, freshly dry-cleaned or laundered for trade-in. These garments must not be damaged, stained, or torn. All buttons and zippers must be intact and fully functional. Original fabric care, brand, and sizing labels must be attached. All garments must be authentic to the brands on the labels, counterfeits will be rejected. SilkRoll will use its discretion in choosing which trade-in garments will earn users points. When you trade-in garments, SilkRoll will review the estimated value of the garments and select which garments be offered on the website for other users. If the garments you sent in are accepted, you will receive an email offering you points in exchange for your garments. The points are offered holistically, on the entire bundle of trade-in garments. SilkRoll may place some of those garments on the website for other users to exchange points for, and the remainder will be given to a charitable partner of SilkRoll’s choosing. Once you receive an email from SilkRoll offering you points in exchange for your trade-in garments, you have 3 days to accept or reject the exchange offer. If you accept the trade in offer, your SilkRoll account will be credited the points offered. If you reject the offer, SilkRoll will return the entire initially sent bundle of garments to you, charging your credit card any applicable third-party shipping fees needed to facilitate the return. If your credit card is not on file at the time of the requested return, SilkRoll will contact you to request the credit card information. Returns will not be shipped until your credit card is charged the return shipping fees, to cover the costs of third-party carrier shipping fees.
Shipment of Trade-Ins & New Orders
With your user account, you will receive unlimited trade-in bags. These bags will be sent directly to your home, and will include pre-paid return postage. You will not be charged for any shipping costs of trade-in bags. To reduce waste, you may only receive one trade-in bag at a time. Please return the trade-in bag with your trade-in items before requesting another trade-in bag. Should you wish to have the clothing you sent in for a trade-in returned to you, you will be charged the third-party carrier costs of shipping. Membership packages include free shipping of products earned through trade-in points.
Returns or Exchanges
Should you use your SilkRoll points to trade for garments listed on the website, you may return those garments within 7 days of receipt for the same amount of points, provided the garments return in the exact condition as they were delivered. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of returned items. After the 7 days, you may still return the garments, where the garments will be considered a new trade-in offering. Points will be assigned based on the estimated value and SilkRoll’s discretion for relisting the garments on the website.
Friend Referral Program
SilkRoll offers you and other customers the ability to refer friends within and outside their networks through email, social media channels and through the site. If you choose to participate in this, you will be required to provide your friend’s name and email address. Using the information you provide we will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. Your friend’s email address and name will then be stored in a our database. Please only refer us friends who are 18 and over. If you or your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database. By losing the ability maintain the contact information, we may have an error in offering referral program incentives. Please contact us should there inaccuracies with your account. SilkRoll points may not be sold for cash, redeemed, or passed down to another user. You cannot transfer or assign your points to another user. Only SilkRoll may assign or transfer points to users.
SilkRoll Point System
SilkRoll provides points for various activities completed by users. These points will be credited to user profile account after activity completion. Activities include special promotions, participation in the friend referral program, and sending in fashion. Your SilkRoll points do not have any cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. SilkRoll points remain to be our property at all times, and we reserve the right to revoke or cancel it at anytime. We do not provide a guarantee that the points will not be cancelled for any reason or for no reason, by us. As a user of this Site, you are bound to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims arising in, or in connection with, your use of your SilkRoll points.
Right to Change Website Content
The Website will be updated as product offerings change, or as the communication needs or desired of SilkRoll develop. SilkRoll makes no guarantees that content provided through the website will remain available to the public through the Website. SilkRoll may also update or alter the layout, designs, or links within the Website.

All purchases through this Website are subject to product availability. SilkRoll may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on its website or limit the sales of products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. To limit quantities, SilkRoll may track sales to specific mailing addresses or credit cards. If a product does not ship, but you have provided a method of payment, any charges made through that payment method will be reimbursed for the unshipped items.

Authenticity of Products
SilkRoll has an in-house developed multiple check-point system to verify the authenticity of products, preventing the sale of counterfeits. Because products are not manufactured by SilkRoll, and are sent to SilkRoll by third-party users, SilkRoll cannot guarantee authenticity, but uses best efforts and industry standards to ensure authenticity. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please notify SilkRoll at email@example.com. SilkRoll will take further action to review the item, guarantees to refund you the points redeemed from your account for the counterfeit. Should SilkRoll determine that the product is a counterfeit, SilkRoll will attempt to notify the user who sent in the item for trade. If SilkRoll receives multiple counterfeit items from a user for trade-in, SilkRoll will take action to prevent that user from additional trade-ins.
Color & Product Description Limitations
Although SilkRoll strives to provide you with accurate information regarding our products, the photos of the products are examples of the ones being sent to you and may not be photos of the exact products being sent, and therefore slight variations may occur. Additionally, the colors depicted on your screen may not accurately reflect the actual colors of the products due to variations in color settings on computers or mobile devices.
