Harley De Oliveira has been designing for over two decades. His love for fashion is aligned with his passion for environmental sustainability and global well-being. In his early twenties, he was creating corsets out of recycled toys and jackets out of tablecloths, repurposing and recycling have always been organic processes for him. His design vision today remains focused on repurposing garments and designing one-of-a-kind pieces, to help extend their life cycle and breath new energy into them.
